I relocated from Pennsylvania to California and was looking for a good Auto Transporter to ship my new 2013 Ford Focus to me in CA. It would be my first time shipping a car. I came across Red Carpet Auto Transport here, on TransportReviews.com . I decided to give them a call on the number provided on their website and it was answered by Felicia.(22nd Sept) She was extremely polite and patient while explaining me the minutiae of Auto Shipping.
I was renting a car here and I needed to get my car shipped to me ASAP. She found out a carrier just the next day after I made the order. The car was picked up from PA the same day(23rd Sept). A friend of mine who had the keys to the car was contacted by the driver. He was given a 2 hr window between which the car was loaded. The car arrived in CA surprisingly soon. It was delivered to me on 27th Sept. The total price was 1295. I paid some through Card and the rest was paid in Cash to the Driver on Delivery.
My overall impression of this whole transaction was very pleasing. Felicia was very professional all along. She always kept me in the loop via calls and emails. I didn't imagine the whole process would be so easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Felicia's services to anyone looking for Auto Transportation.
