Although I would be likely to request a different transport company than Nao Auto, I would use Red Carpet again. The issues I experienced were because of Nao Auto and not Red Carpet. Nao Auto dropped the ball multiple times during my delivery and never met a promised date for pickup or delivery. Felicia at Red Carpet was very helpful throughout the whole process. During pickup I would have preferred more updates than I received, but this was because Nao Auto would not supply Felicia with any updates to forward to me. Unfortunetally, I am heading back to Afghanistan in a week and now only have a short time to enjoy my car because of the late delivery. Again, the late delivery is because of Nao Auto and not Red Carpet. Only being home for 4 weeks made my situation very time sensitive and kept me very busy seeing family, otherwise I would not have minded my car arriving late with such difficulty.

I agree that your word is your bond and in the marines you do what you can to honor your word. Truck drivers are more behind the scenes folks and are looking at volumes in loading and delivering vehicles versus handling the customer service side of the transport. They deal sometimes with delays since they live on the road and often times they are not the best communicators. I apologize for any inconveniences it caused in your vehicle Justin.
