I agree that your word is your bond and in the marines you do what you can to honor your word. Truck drivers are more behind the scenes folks and are looking at volumes in loading and delivering vehicles versus handling the customer service side of the transport. They deal sometimes with delays since they live on the road and often times they are not the best communicators. I apologize for any inconveniences it caused in your vehicle Justin.
