The whole process was easy and comfortable with Doug. Even though the truck that was supposed to pick up my car caught on fire (!!!) the day before the scheduled pickup date, Doug was able to find us another truck in less than 3 hours. Fortunately, our car arrived at the destination in a week and was not burned down! It was actually quite fine except that the exterior of the car was dirty which was expectable given that it was an open truck. So, I will definitely recommend Red Carpet and Mr. Doug Johnson.
