Doug was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable and courteous, helping explain the ins and outs of the auto transport game. He was available (and patient!) for all of my questions and made the process extraordinarily easy. He went out of his way to check in throughout, and he personally made sure our car was delivered safely and efficiently. The crew that handled the actual delivery was also A+ professional. All in all, a great experience.
