I had shipped cars before with magic carpet twice and had been satisfied both times so decided to do it again. I contacted them via email that was saved in my inbox and Felicia from red carpet ( I believe its the same group) contacted me. She had been very honest from the get go and didn't make any false promises. Actually she promised less than the service that was delivered. She was able to fit pick up and delivery according to my schedule and remained on the top of the things to ensure that everything went as per schedule. She kept updating me almost everyday while the cars were in transit and was very prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. The transporter she used was car to go which when I checked online had great reviews. I think it is a complement to Felicia when Victor the driver acknowledged that she had been calling him 10 times a day to check. I had an excellent experience and will use their service again.
