i received a call from red carpet. they were telling me they would refund my 50$ , obviously the next step would be for me to remove my honest review. they send out an email when you ship with them telling you that if you rate them 5 stars you will be entered in a lottery to see if you move was free. that is obviously why they get so many good reviews. i checked with another person who had shipped with the same company, and they had poor service also, but gave them 5 stars so they would get a chance to get a refund on their shipping. watch out
