I can remember the frustration in your voices when we 1st connected that day. You learned a valuable lesson; a quote is simply an estimate that's subject to change until a driver accepts it. And ultimately, that price is what your willing to pay to a driver for his work and time. And drivers are not interested in folks trying to pay them the least amount of money for their time. So, yes you can make a reservation to find a driver at really any price. But, if your not offering the driver the proper rate he'll continue to load cars of customer's that are. And it sounds like the company you booked with originally had something in their terms and conditions called a non-refundable deposit. Paying a company any money before they've gotten your vehicle loaded on a truck is the wrong thing to do in a service sector industry. Well, I enjoyed working with you!
