Your feedback is valuable and I'd like to thank you for your time. The pricing from the drivers has much to do with where the driver has to load and deliver your vehicle as well as the weight and dimensions of the vehicle you are transporting.
Anytime a driver has to go way up near a border (for you he had to go to Niagara Falls for the loading) he will charge you more because his trucks filling up with diesel fuel and he's probably getting 3 to 6 miles a gallon. You also came across the border with the car and needed a storage facility where you could drop the vehicle off so you would have to wait. There was a lot of coordination going on with a few parties so that's where the price difference came into play from the original automated quote you received :-)
