Delay due to truck breakdown. Finally switched trucks and in doing so, auto was damaged. All documented with driver(s), however, follow up with Red Carpet essentially non-existent. Tiger Yearin (VP Sales) never returns calls. Owner Terry Williams rude about issue and referred back to Tige. Very poor service and I seem to be stuck with damaged care and no recourse!!!!!
