I was very nervous contracting for my car to be transported from Iowa to Massachusetts. Red Carpet seemed like the other brokers when reading on line reviews. Briana was my contact throughout the process and I am so great-full she was. My car was picked up and delivered on time. No added fees, what Briana said would happen, happened. She was in contact with me on a daily basis, keeping me posted on developments as they occurred. She was warm and personable. The trucking company and driver she secured were outstanding. Tradewinds Auto Transport, Bill and Cory were great to deal with, friendly and informative. A lot can go wrong in interstate transport, but this was the smoothest operation I have ever contracted with! I highly recommend Red Carpet, and Briana is the ambassador of quality service, communication, honesty and sincerity.
