I called Red Carpet being desperate. At this point, I had tried 2 other car shipping companies, and they have failed to get my car picked up. I have already relocated to Michigan, and my car is left behind with a friend in Massachusetts. So I asked for the expedited service, and Russ was very understanding and supportive. He kept his word and kept me informed. He would say that he'll call me in the morning and he would. We called him Wednesday night, and he had a truck booked by Friday morning. My car was picked up Monday morning and delivered on Wednesday. He accomplished in a day and a half what others couldn't do in 2 months! Definitely ask for Russ.
