I am very pleased with the service from Red Carpet. I originally had a different company to do the job . I called 8 days before shipment and told there was no problem with ship date . Well ship date came and went, and nobody answers phones or emails. I cancelled them and called Red Carpet. Iwish I would have done it the first time. Car was picked up within 24 hrs. Alyssa was friendly and very professional . I will definitely use again. You pay alittle more but worth every penny Thanks again Ken
