I was moving from California to Colorado and had my flight scheduled for two days after the transporter was due to pick up. The original transporter scheduled did not fulfill commitment and didn't bother to tell Red Carpet or me until the day he was supposed to pick up. Tess and her team worked very hard to get another transporter scheduled. I had to have a friend take my car because I had to keep my flight, but they were able to get a transporter the same day I flew out who picked up from my friend. Ultimately everything worked out very well and my car was delivered the day following my own arrival by plane. I would work with Red Carpet again in the future. I also felt their price was very reasonable.

I do apologize for the added stress that was the result of the carrier telling us on the scheduled day for pickup that it would not be happening. I understand how terribly frustrating that was. But I am glad that we were able to locate another carrier quickly and get your car delivered the day after you arrived. Best wishes in your new home. Tess
