The office staff at Red Carpet were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Our business was transacted both by phone and internet. I was pleased by this transaction of business. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected. The driver contacted me by cell phone when he approached the destination. He, too, was courteous. He waited patiently while we checked out the vehicle. He explained some details about the vehicle and helped us operate the wheelchair lift. We were very please with the entire business transaction.
