My overall service was great with Red Carpet. I had never shipped before so I seriously contacted about 50 companies to get the spill on how it worked. There was something about Bernadette that really put me at ease so I really thank her for helping. However, the driver tried to swindle me out of an additional $50.00 and when I told him NOT he said oh that's right I was looking at the wrong paper.,well did her look at the wrong paper and get my information?? hummm. really ticked me off with that story (don't pay extra to the driver)!!! AND what happened to door to door service, he used the story I see a lot of trees to have my daughter drive the car to him in a parking lot, then at drop off he used the same story (I see a lot of trees and I don't want to scratch any cars) THERE WERE NO TREES so I made him come closer to my house and I still had to walk a block to get the car. Oh well I got my car in time and all was good! I would recommend RED CARPET TRANSPORT!!! not sure about that driver ;)
