Don't waste too much of your personal time looking thru reviews. I spent weeks on this and it only became more frustrating & confusing. RED CARPET IS THE REAL DEAL!! Felicia was great to work with. She always answered ALL of my questions and put my mind at ease. JUST CALL HER AND ASK AWAY. They are not the least expensive company that will want your business but the extra couple of dollars are well worth the peace of mind. The car was picked up a day later than I was expecting it would be but in turn my car arrived to its destination a day earlier that I was expecting, so the one day late pick up was not a problem. The driver was great. He was very considerate of my new 4runner ltd. He would use a glove between the door and the freight truck to protect my car. He was clean and considerate. Very communicative as the 4runner was in route. Even more friendly when I met him to get the car. CAR MADE IT EARLY AND IN THE SAME SHAPE THAT IT WAS PICKED UP!

This seems to be a very strange industry. I struggled to make a decision and after Felicia calmed me down a bit and gained my trust i told myself that i just need to pull the trigger and I did. You will read a million reviews. Just go with RC. They will make certain that your car arrives and in great hands. I didnt have a single problem.

I hope this helps calm anyone down who is struggling with making a decision on what freight carrier to use. Try these guys! i had a 5 star experience with RC.

Keep up the good work Felicia and I will use RC again if I ever need to ship an automobile ever again..

Yes, typically we are not going to be the lowest quote since we have no incentive in providing a price that we don't think the drivers will accept. As you experienced; we don't charge any money until your vehicle loads on the truck and in our industry a quote is simply an estimate that is subject to change until the drivers accept it. Drivers usually are not interested in folks trying to pay them the least amount of money for their time. Which is ultimately what a low quote is. At RCAT, we pride ourselves on providing 5 Star customer service to you during your transport. And in return we ask that you provide a review stating this and your experience.
