Having to take my car to Long Beach for transfer to Hawaii (Order # 4001180) conjured up nightmares of long lines, confusion, and ineffective workers. After talking to Julie (602-428-6878) I knew that I was as wrong as can be. Her professional manner in dealing with customers put all my concerns at ease. Contact with Julie erased all stress that had been built up. She answered all my questions effectively and in a professional manner. All paperwork was forwarded to me immediately. This allowed me to schedule the delivery of the car with a minimum of trouble. Thank you and your company for taking a potentially stressful situation and making it completely painless.
