Like one-named rockstars like Prince and Sting, Tess is the rockstar of getting your car from point A to point B. Look, the reality is that all the brokers use the same carriers and the same system to put out bids and their fees are pretty similar.

So all you really have the quality of the broker you're working with... this is important because of (a) karma and (b) you can have problems with a carrier and you want someone on your side if this happens.

Tess was prompt, followed up and would definitely use her again!
