Scott was diligent in finding the right carrier to suit our needs. The carrier had mechanical problems and our car was delayed in arriving. We understand that these things happen. During the process, Scott was in constant contact with us, as was the driver. The service was excellent. I cannot think of one negative in the experience.

Even though it was a little tricky finding a carrier to pickup around Matthews schedule I'm glad we got it done. It is unfortunate that the carrier broke down outside of Reno only 3 hours from you but carriers are not paid until delivery so they want to get back up and running just as fast as people want their vehicles delivered. Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to transporting the BMW for you out to Matthew and some of the equipment Matthew was needing at his job site.
