The truck was later than intended but other than some "I want my new toy!" angst on my part no real problem. The driver was courteous and polite. The car was dirty but that is to be expected on a open truck coming over a thousand miles. Jen was prompt in communication, honest, (I can't overstate how important that is to me) and friendly.
