Good communication. Car was in a remote area, so timing of delivery was suspect. The good side was the car was delivered sooner than expected; the downside was the quote was off by about $200 due to the location of the vehicle and availability of transport drivers; not a deal killer, but would have preferred to know it up front. Delivery went fine and no damage to the car during transport. Overall, very satisfied.
