Very professional comfortable auto pickup! Poor delivery- Driver called to deliver from wrong location. Driver wanted to deliver at 11pm. Redirected driver to correct delivery location. Driver arrived and wanted me to drive my car off his van???? I told driver I could no do that. Driver then... lowered drive off ramp and asked me to direct his driving off the ramp one foot at a time. My car tires hung out three inches on both sides of the ramp and I was very concerned! After my car was safely down... The driver had the GALL TO ASK ME FOR A BONUS CASH PAYMENT! This driver had on idea how unprofessional this delivery experience was to me! A Great start but a poor delivery!
