This was my second time shipping with Red Carpet Auto Transport. The contact person I had was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that the only times she got in contact with me was for useful updates on the process, no unnecessary phone calls or inquiries when there was nothing to report. The driver was very friendly and very accessible. I would definitely use them again and most likely will as we ship a car every winter.
