I contacted Red Carpet through a google search for the area even though I have had good experiences with a prior transport company. What I liked a lot about working with Bernadette initially was how friendly she was with me. She also asked appropriate questions that let me know she knew what she was talking about. At the end of the day Red Carpet Auto Transport was $75 cheaper. Another thing worth mentioning is that when I called and got a bid she wasn't pushy to get my business but when I called her back she remembered who I was and was friendly in getting my order placed. I'm still waiting on 5 or 6 companies to get me bids and it has been two weeks. They all expected me to leave messages, follow up with them, and they rarely answered their phones...Bernadette was the complete opposite...answered every call, voice mail, and email with extreme promptness.

The last car I had delivered, from a different company, took WAY longer to arrive. So when Bernadette called with 2 business days I was shocked when she called me to arrange pickup of the vehicle. The location of the car was far off the beatin' path so I fully expected several weeks before it would be delivered. The transporter was generous to go out and get gas for the vehicle and didn't charge me extra. I only tipped him an extra $25...I should've given him more but I'm trying to make money on this car and every penny counts.

Another experience worth mentioning - the transporter didn't call me last minute changing the place of delivery...he delivered the car right to my house. He communicated throughout the day allowing me to make plans and not feel like I needed to wait around all day to have the car delivered.

I don't usually leave feedback for companies but I had such a positive experience working with Bernadette that I would recommend her, the service she represents, and the transporters she recommends. I will contact her in the future. Thanks Bernadette and Red Carpet Auto Transport. I have no reason to doubt you would have the same experience or perhaps even better. Thanks again.
