Red Carpet had excellent customer service that made us very comfortable with our chioce. Although the vehicle was dirty when it arrived that was to be expected as it was an open carrier. The driver was a little late in picking the car up and a day or two late in delivering the vehicle but Cherie was good enough to call and confirm the pickup and delivery and releived any tension that we may have felt in his tardiness.
