Scott Young was excellent in customer service. He educated me about the process and kept me updated about the car during the four day trip. Pick up and delivery was unexpectedely on the dot as promised. The driver was also excellent and helpful both during pick and delivery time. I will higly recommend Scott Young with Red Carpet.
