When moving across country one of the things I always dread is dealing with cars. This experience with Red Carpet has me singing a different song. From beginning to end this was a professional, efficient and personable experience. My experience began with great support and customer service by Felicia...but even "after the sale" she went above and beyond, following my vehicles' progress all the way to delivery. The dispatcher was similarly very engaged, interested and attentive. The driver, Valet, was first class. Delivery was ahead of schedule by a lot, the delivery process was quick, and the cars were delivered without a scratch. Bottom line: they are the best in the business and I will use them again- you should too!
