This was my first time shipping a vehicle, so I was a little skeptical in picking a broker after reading a lot of reviews. I picked Red Carpet because they had the least amount of negative feedback from any others that I had found. My gamble paid off and it couldn't have been a better experience! Felicia talked me through the ins and outs of how everything worked and was very good at calling me to update me about each step of the way. There was some confusion about timing at my end, but overall the shipment went very well and even got here 4 days earlier then the projected delivery date!! Thanks so much for your help Felicia.
