Well after calling about 20 different company's and having my email account just bombed with emails I stumbled apon this website and found Red Carpet Transport. This was my first time transporting a car and I was worried about all the horror story's of people going with the lowest bid and losing there depoist. Also most companies fine print said they were not responisable if you car got broken into or vandalized while in there care, I was like WHAT AM I PAYING THEM FOR???????
Well after calling Red Carpet and talking to Barbara I felt there was something different about this company. I was happy to see they had a excellent BBB record and they were a local company here in Washington and your car was full insured while in there care.
Well long story short I am very please with their service and my car was picked up on time and delivered early I might add. The driver, Roman with MIG Auto Transport was very nice. He called and updated me to his where abouts every other day and took very good care of my lowered Acura Integra when loading and off loading it.
I would highly recommend Red Carpet Transport to any one that is unsure, first time or just looking for a new company to use. They made me feel I was important and that I was a priority to them.
To everyone at Red Carpet, thank you for making my first experince a good one. You now have a customer for life.
