Overall, I was satified with the service I received from Red Carpet Auto Transport. The one issue I had was that during the negotiation process, I was told that when a carrier was identified to pick up my vehicle, I would be notified by email or phone call as to the date and time of pickup. This was very important for me as I am in Maryland and had to notify my friends in Florida so they could make arrangements to be there. I didn't receive notification. When I called to find out if a carrier was identified, I was told that one had took the job and was to be at the house in Florida that afternoon! Obviously, this was unacceptable and after speaking with Barbara Sherry, she was able to correct the situation within the hour and provide a time and date that was acceptable to both parties. The car arrived at the time and date that was agreed upon. The carrier did and excellent job handling my classic vehicle ensuring no damage was incurred. He was courteous, friendly and was very professional. I will use Red Carpet Auto Transport again for my vehicle transport needs.
