I was very happy with the customer service and the prompt communication with the staff. The vehicle was picked up timely and while I was pleased that the vehicle arrived the day before originally scheduled, the driver's estimate of arrival was off by about seven hours. He wasn't familiar with the area (which is most likely the reason his time estimate was off) but he stayed in communication and was very helpful when he arrived with the vehicle.
Overall, I was very pleased with the cost, the experience and the results. I would not hesitate to use (or recommend) Red Carpet Auto Transport in the future.
