I purchased a vehicle from a third party and apparently the pick up was not as smooth
as it should have been. I believe if I could have been there, it would have been. Anyway,
Julie managed to get everyone calmed down and the car made it onto the transport. If it hadn't
been for Julie no telling what might have happened.

On the trip to Arizona the transport experienced a mechanical problem causing the
delivery to be late. No big deal. Julie kept me informed and up to date the entire time.
She had to know the car had been delivered but took the time to check with me that
everything was OK.
