My vehicle picked up on time and delivered the next day (on time). Vehicle arrived undamaged and was delivered to my home address. Both customer service at Red Carpet (Barbara) and the carrier driver (Morgan) were very professional and courteous. I would consider using Red Carpet the next time I need a vehicle transported. The entire process was very smooth and in the end I was very satisfied with the experience.
