High recommendation for Red Carpet and Andrew, and will use again. After a bad experience a week prior with another broker, Bull Dog Transport, I selected Red Carpet for a quote because of its 5-star rating with 1600+ reviews. I submitted on Jan 7th for pick-up on Jan 11th; Miami, FL to Lubbock, TX. Andrew had a quote to me same day, for $1295. I had a couple other quotes come in less than that so asked Andrew for advice if my pick-up date was more flexible. He was knowledgeable and suggested we start with a reasonable number then see if any takers in a week. If not then go up from there. We agreed to start at $900 and he posted it on Jan 8th. By the morning of Jan 10th he had a driver lined up who could pick up that day and deliver the next day. The driver had some mechanical problems en route and ended up a day and half late, but he was courteous and responsive to the many phone calls checking on progress. He also called my contact person at each end and didn't get upset when I had to change the delivery address. Pick-up was 12:00 AM on the Jan 12th and drop off was 5:30 AM on the Jan 14th. He had one stop to make in between. No damage or issues at all. Andrew was always easy to reach and super responsive by phone, email, and text. It was great that Red Carpet didn't bill my credit card the $200 deposit until after the driver picked up my car. We settled with $700 cash to the driver on delivery as normal procedure.
