Felicia was very responsive and friendly throughout the process. She answered all of my questions, kept me informed with daily updates, and confirmed my satisfaction at each step, from initial scheduling through delivery. The driver, Jeff, picked up my '72 Charger on Saturday afternoon in Des Moines, and had it in my driveway in El Paso by 7pm on Monday. Fees were billed correctly and as agreed, and Jeff was very conscientious and knowledgeable. This was a challenging route, in the worst of winter and with a tight timeline; Felicia and Jeff went above and beyond to bring my car to my doorstep ahead of schedule. Very often, dealing with service providers in any business segment is a hassle at best, but working with Felicia was worry-free and pleasant from start to finish. I would recommend Felicia and Red Carpet to friends and family without hesitation.

Your vehicle loaded in El Cajon, CA and delivered to El Paso (a difficult delivery location for drivers as it's near the border). You placed your reservation on the the 4th. It loaded on the 8th and delivered on the 14th. Thank you for your confidence in myself and our drivers. take care
