We were impressed with the personal and precise customer service we received through Felicia. She explained everything clearly and kept us updated with every detail, and was very kind and friendly in all her dealings with us. The drivers of our carrier, Eddie and Carol of JCV Trucking, who were chosen by Red Carpet to take my father's car from Arizona to Maine, were also in contact often, and were very easy to deal with. All in all, we were very pleased.
