The customer service was great and my car was driven cross country in only 4 days! They were kind enough to hold my vehicle for me until I arrived in California to have my car delivered to my new house. You get what you pay for- my car was picked up and delivered by polite efficient men, and my car arrived in great shape. My only complaint is that the car pickup was delayed by one day because of a mixup with another car. However- they tell you that the pickup dates are not set in stone, and the delay was not entirely their fault (a customer held up the driver apparently, I don't have the whole story). Also, they made sure that I was updated regularly about any delays.
