she is knowledgable & friendly person because I had to cancel 3 appointments with a transport driver with no problem at all, cause you know how the transport driver deal with cancellation. My car was picked up from AZ and delivered to ID ontime without any damage. I highly recommend the red carpet for anyone want to transport a car.good experience,fair price and peace of mind.
