Felicia was very courteous except for one time. She did have a great deal of trouble finding transport for my vehicle, probably due to the time of year the vehicle was to be transported. Felicia was able to finally find a trucking company with an open slot for my vehicle. The trucking company was Best Trucking, LLC located in Florida.
I was informed it would cost an extra $250.00 because the truck was used for "exotic" cars like Mercedes Benz and that the truck was enclosed. This truck broke down on route to Arizona and I could see why upon delivery of my vehicle. The truck was old and very dirty. The enclosure on the truck was a canvas covering on each side not fully enclosed as expected. My vehicle arrived very dirty. I have never seen my vehicle this filthy. This truck was definitely not used for "exotic" cars. The driver was also very dirty in appearance, which can be expected when a 4 or 5 day trip turns into 12 days. I would definitely not use this trucking company for further shipments.
Both the driver and the dispatcher were very courteous and pleasant to deal with and kept me informed regarding all the circumstances that happened along the way. Felicia also was in constant contact with me during this time.
I do believe that the extra delay and frustration, the type of enclosure on the truck, and the dirt on my vehicle was not worth the extra $250.00 that was charged. My car would not have been any dirtier if it was hauled on an open carrier.

FELICIA BOND @ 360-210-4892, 602-354-2851, felicia@redcarpetautotransport.com Hello Hope, 1st of all thank you for your business and for your 4 Star review...not sure why it came through as a 2 Star.?? Great work Transport Reviews :-) Yes, you are correct Hope in 2 areas. The transport included rural locations and you knew upfront availability would be difficult. You also stated I was over priced and asked me to look for availability based on lower quotes from other companies you had in your stack. It was difficult to find availability and the dispatched price was $211 higher than the quoted price. The vehicle was delivered a few days past the estimated delivery date The delay because the trucks air bag malfunctioned causing the truck to be repaired. It's unreasonable to think the driver will ignore the malfunction and drive straight through to you. Unexpected delays happen in logistics and sometimes you need to be flexible. Both myself and our partner kept in contact with you almost daily and you seemed completely flexible...up until reading this review. Lets do a quick recap on your transport; Your vehicle was fully insured w/ a zero deductible, you had 5 Star Service from both myself and our partner, your vehicle loaded on the dispatch date as introduced, you had zero damage on your vehicle and complain because it was dirty (nothing that a little Dawn and water can't dissolve), and your transport was delayed at the delivery end due to unexpected mechanical issues. If you had paid for expedited shipping, I could then see your frustration for a delay. But, not in your case. Take care Hope Thanks, Felicia
