This was not the first time I've used an agency to transport a vehicle, but was the best experience of the bunch. I was in a time crunch with a pick-up date that needed to be precise. I shopped around and observed who returned my request for a quote, how they conducted themselves over the phone, and of course the cost. Most of the quotes were within a couple hundred dollars so it came down to who who demonstrated that they wanted my business, which was won by Felicia at Red Carpet Auto transport. Felicia was extremely polite and diligent in her arrangements. Also very thorough with excellent follow-up. She followed the move from the moment of contact to end of delivery, and served as an excellent liaison between me and the driver/dispatcher. She even assisted with delivery to a separate person accepting the car (at a planned restoration facility) when I was unable to be present. One VERY important point, Felicia was always available for questions and when assisting others, would promptly return my calls. That is absolutely key when someone else has possession of your vehicle. You may see that the pick-up was a day or two late, however, the driver took the initiative to contact me to let me know, and offered an acceptable alternative which was to hire a temporary storage facility to come pick up the car and keep it until he arrived and was able to take possession. The delivery was also a couple of days late but that was due to an unexpected problem with the truck and I had already told them that the delivery date was flexible, so it was not a problem. Furthermore, the driver did contact my restoration facility to alert them to the issue, again, good communication. In summary, you can be confident that the service provided by Felicia Bond at Red Carpet Auto Transport will be handled most professionally with excellent communication and precision at a reasonable price. I give them a rating of 5 stars and will definitely use them for my next move. Thank you Felicia!
