We had shipped a car earlier this year from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. The "dispatcher" or contact person was non-professional and rude. The dispatcher also did not pay attention to our dates of preference for pickup and tried to have the vehicle picked up days before it was ready and was exasperated with us for not being prepared. Prior to pickup we were called and informed that the truck driver was asking for an additional $200.00 because gas prices had risen.

When this vehicle needed to be transported we found this site and did some serious research through the reviews to find Red Carpet. What a difference!!! Bernadette was not only professional but also friendly, and kept in contact with us nearly every day until the car was picked up. She continued to follow through with us through the given delivery date. The driver was polite, made many calls to us throughout the process and transfer. He worked with the recipient as well for the best place to deliver the car.

The amount quoted to us was the amount we paid.

Wish there could be more stars given!!!
