Prior to this experience, I had never hired a car transport company. I needed to swiftly ship a car from NC to AZ for the use of one our family members. I called Red Carpet after noting the number of highly positive ratings and comments shown for it on the web. Felicia Bond of Red Carpet answered the call and started reducing my stress right away. She must have spent 45 minutes with me on the phone, first answering all my questions and then gathering the necessary information needed to locate a transport company. The initial estimate was $1,281. Within 2-3 hours of the initial call, Felicia telephoned me to let me know that she had already found a transport company and that the actual cost would be $1,227 ($54 less than the estimate). A driver from the transport company showed up right on time to load the car and provided me with the cell phone numbers of both drivers going to AZ - he could not have been more courteous. Felicia called to make sure the car had been picked up on time. The car was delivered in great shape only 4 days after it left my garage. The drivers called 24 hours in advance to let my relative know exactly when the car would be delivered in AZ. Again, Felicia called to confirm delivery. Super work by Red Carpet.
