After making the deposit, I never heard from any employee of Red Carpet again. Instead I had to deal directly with the driver who spoke minimal English and who refused to deliver at the agreed time or location because it was inconveneint. He wanted us to drive over an hour to pick up the car in a public parking lot & then didn't get there until 10:00 p.m. I will not use this carrier again.

Shame on you Carolyn Smith. These are bald face lies and you know it. Ms. Smith placed her order on 2/12 to transport from Bakersfield, CA to Williams, AZ. She said vehicle was available for pick up as of 2/12. Alfred & Son's Transport who by the way has a 100% rating through the National Load Board picked it up on 2/13 and called to deliver it on the 2/14. Ms. Smith was sent out an email letting her know of the dispatch of her vehicle since she failed to answer phone calls from our company. When the driver called to schedule delivery Ms. Smith wanted the driver to deliver the vehicle to Flagstaff, AZ, over an hour away verses where she origally placed the order to Williams, AZ. This was not approved nor priced to go to Flagstaff, AZ. When the driver told her he could not do that as it was not on his scheduled route she proceeded to leave a negative review for our company. We called Ms. Smith once we saw this review and after speaking with the truck and once again we could not reach her and she never returned our calls. We go out of our way to provide the 5-Star Service we a known for and could have arranged for the vehicle to go to Flagstaff, AZ had Ms. Smith let us know in an appropriate time frame. We feel this review is unjust to both Red Carpet Auto Transport and Alfred & Son's Transport who have always provided excellant service to our customer's.
