I used an internet service that provided my contact information to several transportation brokers. Some of the brokers got the information incorrect from the start, so I immediately deleted those from the companies to contact. Others required cash payment upfront so I also discounted them. There were three companies that remained, with Red Carpet being one of them. Although they were initially the most expensive (but only by a small amount), I contacted Cherie who asked about the rating of the other brokers/shippers. She also mentioned the price matching service that allowed a lower quote than originally given by her. I decided to go ahead with Red Carpet because of its high customer rating and the very responsive service that Cherie provided via the internet.

Within one day, I was notified that a truck was available to pick up the car the next day, and at a price that was $100 less than originally quoted. The car was picked up the following day at the exact time that the driver scheduled. In addition, the car was delivered as promised two days after pickup. It arrived in excellent condition.

Before, during, and after the transport, Cherie telephoned my contacts in Texas and Florida (I am currently out of the country) to check on the status. She and the company do an outstanding job of managing the transport process and keeping their client well-informed along the way. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Red Carpet for your auto transport needs.
