I am completely satisfied by service I received from Red Carpet. I got sudden transfer notice from my company and had to shift within 8- 10 day. I received Red Carpet Auto transport's reference from one of my friend with good feedback. When I called Shawn, he immediately provided me quotes same day with all details about transport. As I transferred my car for the first time, I was not familiar with process and rules, but thanks to Shwan who explained me clearly about it. I was told about pick up and drop timing, payment method, truck carrier information properly. truck transporter Harry called me prior to my pick time to confirm my availability and picked my car on time. Also for delivery, I was informed 3 hrs before he reached my new address in Arizona. No damage to my car. It was handled carefully. Shawn was in contact with me following up on my car transport. Order and payment worked very smooth over phone and email.
Very professional, prompt and reliable service. I would definitely recommend Red Carpet Auto transport to everybody..
