I was quoted a price to ship my truck, placed the order, and then never heard back. I left 2 messages (one on the answering machine and one with a receptionist) and was never called back. The only time I talked to Sheila was when she happened to pick up the phone when I called. The truck was never picked up, so I cancelled the order and drove it down here myself. Still haven't received confirmation that the order has been cancelled. I have rated Red Carpet "Poor" in "Hold Times/Promptness" and "Overall Customer Service" for these reasons. I did not rate them in "Honesty" or "Knowledgable" because I did not get to experience these qualities. Good luck if you try using these guys.
