This is the third time I have used Red Carpet Auto Transport. I was assisted by Bunadette this time, she was friendly, easy to communicate with and handled herself professionally. She was very good about keeping me updated as we did have a difficult time finding a hauler. She eventually found a hauler that would pic-up in Portland for an additional $80.00 (about 120 miles from my address and the pic-up site) she called to see if this would work for me and offered to reduce her fee by $30.00. I agreed to pay the extra $50.00 and get the vehicle to Portland to be loaded for transport, as we were running out of time. The vehicle was loaded onto the truck and delivered 11 days later as we were told it would be.

Not a perfect scenerio, a little spendy, two weeks to get a truck, had to drive 120 miles to get it loaded...but no fault of hers...good job Burnadette!
