I initially contacted another company and waited two weeks for them to assign a driver to transfer my daughters vehicle from California to Illinois. After two weeks and several phone calls I decided I needed to find another company. I sent an email for quotes and John with Red Carpet contacted me. He told me they had an " A" rating with the better business bureau and told me to go onto transport.com and read the reviews of carriers before committing to ease my concerns. After I read several reviews I decided to go with them. I called John back and give him my information and the quote I was given was better than I would have ever imagined. Within two hours John called me and said they had a driver. My other option was to have my 23 year old daughter drive across country alone. He was very helpful and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered in a very reasonable amount of time especially considering this was in the middle of the holiday season. I have told everyone I know how convenient and reasonable it was to ship her car. I would definitely call John next time I need a vehicle shipped and recommend him to all my friends.
