Patrick provided prompt customer service and was available on phone whenever I called him. The driver/transporter though was hard to reach and I had some confusion about when will he exactly deliver my car. But in the end the car was delivered ahead of the promised time and in good condition. I would recommend this carrier if you are looking for prompt and in-touch customer service.
