It is very stressful when shipping a car and it is understandable that getting the car to your son on the other side of the country as soon as possible was of utmost importance to you. Jessie from CAA and myself worked tirelessly on your behalf to get your car to New Hampshire as soon as possible. When a carrier truck breaks down these companies and especially CAA fly to get them repaired and back on the road as soon as humanly possible.And again people tend to forget that trucks break down just like our cars do, and usually at the worst possible time. I know that I did everything I could and I think under the circumstances we did a very good Job for you. I am sorry that you feel that my services of almost constantly working on your transport alone rated a 2 star review. I am glad that your son has his car and that it arrived in perfect condition, and again I thank you for your kind words. Cheryl
